By accessing or using Claito ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Claito is a personal metrics platform that aggregates data from various sources, provides visualizations, and benchmarks your metrics against anonymized community data. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.

3. Account Registration

To use Claito, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

4. Your Data

You retain full ownership of all data you input or connect to Claito. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to:

  • Process your encrypted data to provide the Service to you
  • Include anonymized, aggregated statistics derived from your data in community benchmarks (you can opt out of this)

We do not claim ownership of your data. You can export or delete your data at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Use automated systems to scrape or extract data from the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure

6. Subscriptions & Billing

Claito offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase.

7. Disclaimers

Claito is not a medical, financial, or professional advisory service. Benchmarks and insights are provided for informational purposes only. Do not make health or financial decisions based solely on Claito data. Always consult qualified professionals for medical or financial advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Claito and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
